In Dirt and Clouds (2017)
Sonic Mmabolela is an artist residency and workshop in the Limpopo Province in South Africa’s north led by sound artists Fransisco Lopez and Barbara Ellison. Throughout the day and night we conducted recording and listening sessions in the savannah and along the Limpopo river bordering Botswana. This work is a final composition made from sounds captured during this time.
